  1. It makes more sense to stay at Oklahoma. He can make a lifetime career there. NFL coaches come and go from team to team. Very few last long on one NFL team. The talent will always be good at Oklahoma and it's not always that way in the NFL

  2. His teams give up a massive number of points in the big 12… great offensive mind, tougher in NFL. Lincoln Riley’s mind against Tom and Bill, I’ll put my money on Tom and Bill… still.

  3. Plot twist: browns demote Freddy to offensive coordinator and make Lincoln riley the new head coach and baker goes off

  4. Riley is NOT leaving OU where he has complete autonomy to go to the cowgirls and have Jerry breathing down your neck. He has one of the best HC jobs in the country already. This is a guy who enjoys recruiting.

  5. LA fans are the WORST ever…compare that to the Browns who sell out their games after being the worst team for years…Rams were in the SuperBowl last year…LA culture is ADHD on steroids…

  6. LMAO Colin tries to brag about the west coast.. he forgot to say the forest catches on fire every year, and theirs needles and feces in San Fran to accompany the medieval diseases…a terrible place to live

  7. It doesn't matter how many flashy names you have on a team, if you don't win, nobody's interested. The Rams have seriously hindered their ability to build for future years. There are going to be big time salary cap issues, and the lack of top draft picks has left little ability for LA to secure young, elite talent. You've paid Goff, you've paid Donald, you've paid Cooks, and you've paid Gurley (who can't be effective without a halfway decent o-line). The Rams have no salary negotiation leverage with Ramsey, so they'll have to also pay him whatever he wants. Cooper Kupp's also going to need a new contract, and he's going to cost a lot of money too. How can you build an offensive line under these circumstances, especially given the fact that Whitworth's days are very numbered? How will you get better defensive backs, which, Jalen or not, are still needed?

Jalen might help the Rams this year, but I'm still not sure he helps them make the playoffs. Unless pornstar Jimmy and/or Wilson get injured, the 49ers and Seahawks will take up the division crown and a wild card spot. Then you have Minnesota or Green Bay, Chicago, possibly Detroit, Carolina, and possibly Philadelphia or Dallas going for the second one. Jalen was a reactionary move by a team trying to save their season. He costs way too much for an already expense-ridden team down the line. There were better band-aid players out there to replace Talib.

  8. Colin, the reason nobody goes to the USC games and Rams games isn't because the fans don't care about the teams, it's that the Coloseum is so old and run down and outdated the seats suck the view sucks the tickets are overpriced there is no parking at all so you are just better off watching it at home on high definition TV and guess what you get to see way more of the game that's why. Rams fan since 1979.

  9. Okay, so you can use a 1st round pick to get a top college player who may or may not work out in the NFL. It is a dice roll. Don't need to name names. You guys know who have been busts. On the other hand, you can trade a 1st round pick for a proven top tier player who has experience and is much less of a risk. I don't know, sounds like McVeigh might be smarter than we give him credit for.

  10. Garrett coaches to the level the player is, not the level they could be. Players don't develop as well as they could under Garrett.

  11. the clowns are running the circus in the college game..the transfer portal is a joke..feelings hurt? just effn transfer cry baby..

  12. if the rams lose 3 games, no one is going to go to the games, thats what L.A. is ….. what a joke. now there will be 2 teams that no one goes to the games for, and in 10 years they'll move again

  13. USC hiring urban meyer! He dont have to worry about paying players in a few years and recruiting is going to be easy… writing is on the wall

  14. Hello Colin, there are NO NFL TEAMS IN NEW YORK!!!!!!!!!! NEW JERSEY, YES.
God how l wish the NFL and the Media would stop pretending that there are NFL teams in New York. No, East Rutherford is not part of the NYC area so ease don't go there.

  15. Every team is trying to stay relevant lol, it doesn't matter where the team is located or even what league they're in. The Jacksonville minor league team renamed themselves to the "Jumbo Shrimp" to stay relevant (and it worked lmao)

  16. Stay relevant? I never usually comment but Colin makes the most ridiculous sentences from sports of anyone in the business…

  17. Lincoln Riley is about to start a dynasty at Oklahoma with multiple national championships. He has a family with kids that love living in Norman and he's not going anywhere for years. Bob Stoops used to get mentioned for NFL jobs all the time and he stayed at OU for 18 years. Maybe when Riley's kids graduate from high school he'll look towards the NFL but not until then.

  18. Mayfield,  kid in Arizona and whoever is in OU now….done nothing yet.  same hype for this coach as was with his QBs. stupid.  whatever.  gonna pay a lot of money for nothing.

  19. And then Kellen Moore will get the job 😂😂 This isn’t the 90’s Jerry. He doesn’t make smart moves anymore. If he did then Garrett wouldn’t have lasted this long.

  20. What if the Cowboys acquire both Riley and Hurts– I don't know if it that has ever happened before, maybe it has with Irvin and Jimmy Johnson. Then Dak could go to his hometown of LA to play, when Brees retires, with coach Sean Peyton, and a new rivalry would be born.
