    This could be the case when my case fans are not turning off? I mean just the ventilation fans not the CPU cooler fan..that is going off…those not. If I disable fast boot and put it on normal…should fix this issue?

    This also fixes blue screen of death caused by watchdog_violation , if you restarted your system after doing this and your system didn't turned on well just boot it on safe mode once and turn it back, it will fix your problem
