New Delhi, April 26: Apart from hunger, two factors that drives Indian most is Cricket and Bollywood. And that is equally applicable on the Parliament, as Members also wants to have touch of stardom, which they are currently missing desperately.

The so called God of cricket Sachin Tendulkar, the man who is now a century machine, and evergreen beauty of Bollywood Rekha have been reportedly recommended for Upper House (Rajya Sabha) nomination.

Under Article 80 of the Constitution President can nominate 12 members from different fields.
As per media reports Prime Minister on Wednesday sent a note to Home Ministry, which has been sent to President for notification.

Out of four people recommended, however, it is not clear who two other persons are.

Master blaster Tendulkar reached Sonia Gandhi's residence, however purpose and details are not yet public. However, it could be easily correlated to the latest development.

Tendulkar will have another credit of being first active cricketer to be in Rajya Sabha, however Navjot S Sidhu and Md Azaruddin could give him some tips on Parliamentary stroke playing.
