Another reason of hair loss is genetic, known as androgenetic alopecia. Women with this genetic trait tend to develop thinning at the hairline behind the bangs. There are drug remedies available to reduce the fall and strengthen you hair.

One of the main reason of hair fall in women is the abnormality in thyroid hormone, whether hypo or hyperthyroidism. Thyroid hormone is responsible for everything from your basal metabolic rate, to the growth of your hair, skin, and nails. So any abnormality, increases the hair fall rate.

One of the commonest reason for hair fall among women is the iron deficiency anemia. Women who have heavy periods or lack of iron rich diet normally suffers from red blood cells shortage, making it difficult to transport oxygen to cells. This leads to weakening of hair resulting into hair fall.

Women working in unhygienic conditions develops an unhealthy scalp, which can cause inflammation that makes it difficult for hair to grow. Skin conditions that lead to hair loss include dandruff, psoriasis, and fungal infection.

One autoimmune disorder is Alopecia Areata, in which the immune system attacks hair follicles.

In today high-fashion lifestyle, one of the biggest reason behind the hair fall is too much shampooing, styling, and dyeing. Heat and chemicals weaken the hair, causing it to break and fall out.

Solutions: Problems are many and it could vary from person to person. But there are several homemade remedies that can help you in keeping your hair healthy and look beautiful. Nature offers all type of remedies, all you need to know is how to use it.

Try these easy tips at home and see the change:

Natural juices: Rub your scalp with either garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it for few hours and wash it thoroughly. Repeat it for 6-7 times in 3-days interval. In few days you will have less number of hairs on your comb and more on scalp.  

Hot oil treatments: One age old remedy is the hot oil treatment. Take any natural oil of your choice, like olive, coconut, canola and warm it up, let it cool down to tolerable level and apply it gently on your scalp. Leave it for few hours then wash it. Repeat it at regular interval to keep your hair healthy.

Get a head massage: Massaging helps to boost blood flow, leading to good nutrient flow to your hair. It keeps your hair follicle active, resulting into better hair growth. You can use some natural oil for messaging.

Antioxidants: One remedy from hills of Assam is the warm green tea. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for few hours, so that antioxidants get absorbed, and wash it.

Beyond all these, maintain a healthy diet regime with less fats and more vitamin, iron rich food with some breathing exercise.
