Patna,Jan,4:By providing a big respite to the successful students in 53-55 PT Examination, Patna high court has pronounced the reserved judgment.
Justice Tripathi in his judgment directed commission to reevaluate the papers of PT examination on the basis of the revised model answer prepared by the second expert committee.
Order also directed the BPSC to exempt all successful candidates as they have already filled their mains form. The judgment was reserved from the November 28 after the completion of the hearing
According to interpretation of this judgment 588 new candidates will get qualified as per BPSC affidavit which they filed in the court.
BPSC has also got green signal to conduct the mains examination with this judgment.
Mains examination is possible in March -April 2012 because in feb and early march 10th and 12th exam in Bihar are scheduled.
