Patna, Aug, 17: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) successfully conducted the 53-55th Combined Civil Services Mains Examination in June 2012 for the appointment of 741 posts in the various offices of state government.
Evaluation of the mains papers are in the advance stage and result of is expected to be released by the year end it is expected that about 2000 student will be declare pass for the final interview if the number of vacancy will remain same.
In 48-52 BPSC examination against the 366 vacancies 742 was the cut off Looking after the previous trend and marking patterns in the BPSC examination it seems that cut off marks in current examination will land under 700.
It is also expected that some moderation will be adopted by the BPSC to arrest the extraordinary advantage of some Optional Papers.
