Price of Small and Medium grade sugar fell by Rs 11 and Rs 4 per quintal respectively on thin demand from local dealers.
In ex-mill grade, Small and Medium grade sugar also corrected by Rs 10 and Rs 20 per quintal respectively, traders added.
Prices of Indian sugar per quintal were as follows Small grade sugar 2862/2935 Medium grade sugar 2947/3042 Ex-mill grade sugar 2790/2850 Medium grade sugar 2910/2980 on Wednesday trade.
International market also shown same trend amid sluggish demand and stockpiles by the customers.
