Mumbai, October, 13: Thomas Cook (India) Ltd. (TCIL), India’s largest integrated travel and travel related financial services company, has opened a Gold Circle outlet in Panipat, Haryana to expand into the high growth tier-II and tier-III markets in India
The branch is located in the heart of the city at Panipat, a heart of residential area.
The Gold Circle outlet has inaugurated by Shri Balbir Pal Shah, MLA of Panipat today.
Thomas Cook (India) Limited has also opened two more Gold Circle outlets in Karnal and Ambala in the State of Haryana, taking the total number of its gold circle partners to 97. TCIL’s footprint currently extends to over 202 locations in 74 cities across India, Mauritius & Sri Lanka and is supported by a strong partner network of 93 gold cirlcle partners and 180 preferred sales agents in over 100 cities pan India.
Thomas Cook is working on another two Gold Circle outlet in the state. According to company statement, two more outlets in Hissar and Yamunanagar will be operational by December, 2011.
After the opening of these two outlets total number of outlets in the state will reach to five.
Thomas cook is aggressively increasing its foot print in India. In upcoming years it would spread its outlets in all tier-II and tier-III cities in India
